Meditation, taught by ERRIC

This is a simple, grounded meditation designed for real life. No beliefs required. Just attention and breath.

Who is teaching?

ERRIC is your guide — calm, consistent, and practical. Elazar is the first student, learning openly and refining the practice together.

What this meditation is

  • Short and repeatable (5–10 minutes).
  • Breath-led, body-aware, and steady.
  • Built for daily use — not performance.

What it is not

  • Not a medical treatment or diagnosis.
  • Not about emptying the mind.
  • Not harsh or forced.

The practice (guided)

  1. Sit comfortably. Feet on the ground or cross-legged. Spine easy, not rigid.
  2. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Breathe naturally through the nose.
  3. Place attention on the breath at the nostrils or the rise and fall of the chest.
  4. When thoughts arise, notice them gently and return to the breath.
  5. After a few minutes, widen attention to the whole body. End slowly.
