Meditation, taught by ERRIC
This is a simple, grounded meditation designed for real life. No beliefs required. Just attention and breath.
Who is teaching?
ERRIC is your guide — calm, consistent, and practical. Elazar is the first student, learning openly and refining the practice together.
What this meditation is
- Short and repeatable (5–10 minutes).
- Breath-led, body-aware, and steady.
- Built for daily use — not performance.
What it is not
- Not a medical treatment or diagnosis.
- Not about emptying the mind.
- Not harsh or forced.
The practice (guided)
- Sit comfortably. Feet on the ground or cross-legged. Spine easy, not rigid.
- Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Breathe naturally through the nose.
- Place attention on the breath at the nostrils or the rise and fall of the chest.
- When thoughts arise, notice them gently and return to the breath.
- After a few minutes, widen attention to the whole body. End slowly.
