## 1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to **2Zone Therapy** and **HealthGPT**.

By accessing or using our services (including **HealthGPT**, **ERRIC**, **ERRIC_Brain**, TEL features, and related tools), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our **Privacy Policy**, and our **Refund Policy**.

Use of the platform constitutes **legally binding acceptance** of these Terms.

## 2. Emergency Disclaimer

Our services are **not designed for emergency medical use**.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency:

- Call your local emergency services immediately  
- Visit the nearest hospital or urgent care facility

Our platform provides **educational and wellness guidance only** and does **not replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care**.

## 3. Service Scope & ERRIC_Brain

We provide AI-driven health synthesis including:

### Protocol Generation
Bespoke, variable-length health roadmaps generated based on user complexity, symptoms, and history.

### Nourishment & Sports
Custom meal planning and movement guidance based on your specific protocol.

### ERRIC_Brain “Listening & Advising”
Interactive voice guidance and health insight based on the information you provide and optional data integrations.

### Translation & Summarization
Multi-lingual support for **Person-to-Person (P2P)** sessions.

### Gamification
Earnable **Stars and Badges** to track compliance and milestones.

These elements have **no monetary value**.

## 4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide **accurate and truthful information**
- Maintain confidentiality of your **Secret PassPhrase**
- Monitor your **Guidance Credit (GC)** balance
- Acknowledge that **ERRIC_Brain may use submitted information for real-time guidance**

## 5. Guidance Credit (GC) System

The platform operates on a **Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)** model.

### 5.1 Nature of GCs

GCs are **usage rights**, not currency, and have **no cash value**.

GCs are **non-transferable** and **non-refundable once used**.

**Trial Credits**

New accounts may receive **200 GCs** to test the platform.

These credits are **non-refundable and may expire**.

### 5.2 Character-Based Consumption

Protocol generation is calculated at a standard rate of:

**1 GC per 1 character generated**

Total GC consumption depends on:

- output length
- symptom complexity
- depth of analysis

Access to **Listening**, **Sports**, and **Nourishment** features depends on available GCs.

### 5.3 No Subscriptions

There are:

- **No monthly fees**
- **No recurring installments**
- **No automatic renewals**

Users pay **only for the guidance they consume**.

## 6. Founder Subsidy (Approximately First 1,000 Active Users)

To celebrate the launch of HealthGPT, a **1:4 Founder Subsidy** is available to approximately the **first 1,000 active users**.

### Subsidy Ratio

The platform contributes:

**3 GCs for every 1 GC spent**

Effectively:

**1 GC covers 4 characters of generated output**

### Duration

The subsidy remains active while the account remains **Active**.

The program may be **modified or discontinued at any time**.

## 7. Payments & Bulk Offers

Example pricing:

**Standard Rate**  
5,000 GCs — $24.95

**Bulk Founder Offer**  
600,000 GCs — $1,100

Pricing may change without notice.

GCs are deducted **in real time** as services are rendered.

## 8. Account Status: Active, Dormant & Deletion

We maintain strict **data security policies**.

### 8.1 Active Status

Accounts remain active through:

- login activity
- data syncing
- ERRIC interactions

Active accounts may incur **minimal background GC deductions** for monitoring and security.

### 8.2 60-Day Dormancy Rule

If an account shows **no activity for 60 days**:

Three reminder emails will be sent.

Five days after the third reminder, the account may enter **High-Maintenance status** to cover encrypted storage and security maintenance.

### 8.3 Permanent Data Destruction

If not reactivated by **day 65**:

- The account is removed
- All stored data is permanently destroyed

Remaining GCs will **expire**.

### 8.4 User-Initiated Exit

Users may delete their account at any time.

Upon deletion:

- all data is erased
- remaining GCs are forfeited

Users may **export their data before deletion**.

## 9. Refund Policy

Unused GC bundles may qualify for a **partial refund within 7 days**.

A **15% handling fee** may apply.

Once GCs are used, they are **non-refundable**.

## 10. User Consent for AI Processing

By using this platform, you grant **2Zone Therapy** permission to process your submitted information through **ERRIC / HealthGPT**.

HealthGPT **does not diagnose medical conditions or provide prescriptions**.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for reliance on AI-generated guidance
- We are not liable for outcomes from Sports or Nourishment suggestions

Total liability is limited to the value of **unused purchased GCs**.

## 12. Intellectual Property

All generated protocols and system logic remain the **intellectual property of 2Zone Therapy**.

Users receive a **personal non-exclusive license** to use their protocol.

Commercial redistribution is **prohibited**.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the **laws of Israel**.

Disputes shall be handled in the **courts of the Central District of Israel**.
