# 2Zone Therapy – Membership Terms v5.1

## 1. Purpose
These Membership Terms define the rights, benefits, and obligations of clients using **2Zone Therapy**, **HealthGPT**, and **ERRIC** under the **Silver**, **Gold**, and **Platinum** membership tiers.

All memberships operate in conjunction with our  
[Terms & Conditions](../terms_conditions_v5.0.md),  
[Privacy Policy](../privacy_policy_v5.0.md), and  
[Refund Policy](../refund_policy_v1.2.md).  
By subscribing, you agree to all four documents.

## 2. Membership Levels

- All tiers include unlimited symptom entry, Ask ERRIC access, and dashboard tools.  
- Upgrading increases depth and speed of AI generation.  
- Downgrades are **not permitted** once a protocol has begun generation.

## 3. Payment & Billing
- Membership fees and GC purchases are processed via **Stripe** or **PayPal**.  
- Payment is due at checkout and non-refundable once used.  
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.  
- **Minimum Duration:** Each membership has a minimum term of **two (2) months**.  
  - If you cancel within the first 14 days of joining, payment for the **second month** remains due.  
  - If the second payment is not received, all remaining GCs are forfeited and your account will be locked until the balance is settled.  
- Renewal reminders are sent to your registered email.

## 4. Guidance Credits (GCs)
- GCs are the internal currency for generating health protocols and other premium functions.  
- GCs are deducted according to your plan’s ratio (e.g., 4 chars = 1 GC for Silver).  
- GCs are non-transferable and have **no cash value**.  
- **Expiry:** 60 days after your last login or system interaction.  
  Expired GCs are automatically removed without refund.  
- Promotional or gifted GCs may carry shorter validity.

## 5. Upgrades & Downgrades
- You may **upgrade** at any time by paying the difference between tiers.  
- **Downgrades** are not available once a protocol is in progress.  
- New tier benefits begin immediately upon upgrade confirmation.

## 6. Refund & Cancellation
- GCs and membership fees are **non-refundable** once protocol generation or AI interaction begins.  
- **Unused purchases** cancelled within 7 days are refundable under our  
  *No-Questions-Asked* policy, subject to a **20% cancellation fee** (see [Refund Policy §3](../refund_policy_v1.2.md)).  
- Refunds may also be issued in the rare event of a **technical failure** before generation begins.  
- Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund unused GCs.  
- If you cancel within the first 14 days, the second month’s payment remains obligatory; failure to pay results in GC forfeiture and record lock.

## 7. Emergency Halt (3 : 1 Rule)
If you use the **Emergency Halt** function during protocol generation:  
- Work completed up to that point will incur a **3 : 1 GC deduction** (3 chars = 1 GC).  
- The halted protocol remains viewable but cannot be resumed.  
- This ensures fair resource use while protecting partial results.

## 8. Fair Use & Misuse
Memberships are for individual use only.  
You may not:  
- Share login credentials or generated protocols publicly.  
- Re-sell AI outputs or use them for commercial gain without written consent.  
- Attempt to bypass GC limits or manipulate the system.  

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

## 9. Account Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time via the dashboard.  
Upon cancellation:  
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.  
- If the minimum two-month payment is not fulfilled, your account will be locked and any remaining GCs forfeited until the balance is paid.  
- Data retention and deletion follow our [Privacy Policy](../privacy_policy_v5.0.md).

## 10. Liability & Disclaimers
- HealthGPT and ERRIC provide **educational wellness guidance only**.  
- They are **not medical diagnostic tools**.  
- Our total liability is limited to the unused GCs on your account at the time of the claim.
