## 1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to **2Zone Therapy** and **HealthGPT**.

By accessing or using our services (including **HealthGPT**, **ERRIC**, **ERRIC_Brain**, TEL features, and related tools), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our **Privacy Policy**, and our **Refund Policy**.

Use of the platform constitutes **legally binding acceptance** of these Terms.

## 2. Emergency Disclaimer

Our services are **not designed for emergency use**.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency:

- Call your local emergency services immediately  
- Visit the nearest hospital or urgent care facility  

HealthGPT provides **educational and wellness guidance only** and does **not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care**.

## 3. Service Scope & ERRIC_Brain

HealthGPT is a **wellness guidance platform supported by AI**.

We provide:

### Structured Guidance Pathways  
Personalised guidance pathways (internally built on advanced protocol logic) generated based on user input, patterns, and history.

### Nourishment & Movement Guidance  
Meal suggestions and movement routines designed to support lifestyle and daily habits.

### ERRIC_Brain (Listening & Guidance)  
Interactive voice-based assistance and insights based on user-provided information and optional integrations.

### Translation & Summarisation  
Multi-language support for **Person-to-Person (P2P)** communication.

### Gamification  
Earnable **Stars and Badges** used to track engagement and milestones.  
These have **no monetary value**.

### Important Limitations

- No clinical diagnosis is provided  
- No medications are prescribed  
- No medical treatment or intervention is performed  
- No guaranteed outcomes are implied  
- Outputs depend entirely on user-provided data  

Users remain fully responsible for how they interpret and use platform outputs.

## 4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide **accurate and truthful information**  
- Maintain confidentiality of your **Secret PassPhrase**  
- Monitor your **Guidance Credit (GC)** balance  
- Use the platform responsibly and for its intended purpose  

You acknowledge that **ERRIC_Brain processes submitted information in real time** to generate guidance.

## 5. Guidance Credit (GC) System

The platform operates on a **Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)** model.

### 5.1 Nature of GCs

Guidance Credits (GCs):

- Are **digital usage units**, not currency  
- Have **no cash value outside the platform**  
- Are **non-transferable**  
- Are **non-refundable once used**

### 5.2 Character-Based Consumption

Platform usage is calculated based on generated output:

**Standard Rate:**  
1 GC per 1 character generated

Actual consumption depends on:

- output length  
- complexity of user input  
- depth of generated guidance  

Access to features (ERRIC, pathways, movement, nourishment) depends on available GCs.

### 5.3 No Subscriptions

There are:

- **No monthly fees**  
- **No recurring charges**  
- **No automatic renewals**

Users pay only for the guidance they consume.

### 5.4 Trial Credits

New accounts may receive **trial GCs**.

- These may expire  
- These are non-refundable  

---

## 6. Founder Subsidy (Early Users)

A **Founder Subsidy** may be available to early users.

### Subsidy Model

The platform may contribute additional GCs during use.

Example:
- Reduced effective cost per character generated  

### Availability

- Applies only while account remains active  
- May be modified or discontinued at any time

## 7. Payments & Pricing

- Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)  
- We do not store full payment details  
- Pricing may change at any time prior to purchase  

GCs are deducted **in real time** as services are used.

## 8. Account Status & Data Lifecycle

---

### 8.1 Active Status

Accounts remain active through:

- login activity  
- interactions  
- data updates  

---

### 8.2 Dormancy

If no activity is detected for 60 days:

- reminder notifications may be sent  
- account status may change  

---

### 8.3 Data Removal

Inactive accounts may be removed after a defined period.

Upon removal:

- all stored data may be permanently deleted  
- remaining GCs may expire

### 8.4 User Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.

Upon deletion:

- all associated data is permanently removed  
- remaining GCs are forfeited  

Users may export data before deletion where available.

## 9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

In summary:

- Unused purchases may be partially refundable within 7 days  
- A handling fee may apply  
- Used GCs are non-refundable

## 10. AI & Data Processing Consent

By using the platform, you consent to:

- Processing of submitted data by HealthGPT systems  
- Use of AI-generated outputs  

HealthGPT does **not provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions**.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for reliance on platform outputs  
- We are not liable for outcomes based on guidance provided  

Total liability is limited to the value of **unused purchased GCs**.

## 12. Intellectual Property

All system logic, structure, and generated outputs remain the property of **2Zone Therapy**.

Users receive a **personal, non-exclusive license** for personal use only.

Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.

## 13. Age Restriction

Users must be **16 years or older**.

---

## 14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the **laws of Israel**.
