By accessing or using our services (including **HealthGPT, **ERRIC, and related tools), you agree to comply with these **Terms & Conditions*, our [Privacy Policy](../privacy_policy_v5.1.md), and our [Data Security Statement](../data_security_statement_v1.0.md). *CRUCIAL RULE:* If you *do not accept* these Terms, your access to our services, platform, and tools will be *restricted, and you will **not be accepted as a client.* You must discontinue use of our platform immediately. --- ## 2. Emergency Disclaimer Our services, including *HealthGPT, ERRIC, and holistic wellness advice, are **not designed for emergency medical use*. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or require urgent medical attention: • Call your local emergency services immediately, or • Visit your nearest hospital or emergency care facility. Our platform is intended solely for *wellness guidance, educational purposes, and support, and is **not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment by licensed healthcare providers*. --- ## 3. Service Scope We provide: • AI-generated wellness guidance (*HealthGPT & ERRIC*) • Holistic health protocols based on user-provided symptoms and responses • Generation and delivery of personalized *Progress and Deritition Reports* • *TEL System:* Transformation of unstructured user inputs into structured, trackable health metrics • Non-emergency educational recommendations including nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and parasite-related guidance *Data Principle:* All health data and metrics are *voluntarily provided by the user*. The quality and usefulness of ERRIC’s guidance depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of user input. *Limitations:* • Services are not diagnostic tools • No medications are prescribed • Content is for *personal use only* --- ## 4. User Responsibilities By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials (including your *Secret PassPhrase*) • Not share or redistribute protocols without authorization • Use the platform responsibly and not for emergencies • Monitor your account status, GC balance, and membership state via the dashboard --- ## 5. Consent & Compliance Use of our services implies acceptance of: • Privacy Policy v5.1 • Data Deletion & Security Policies • Multi-factor verification for sensitive actions Acceptance is logged with *timestamp, client ID, IP address, and Terms version*. --- ## 6. Guidance Credit (GC) System Our platform uses *Guidance Credits (GCs)* to manage access to features and services. • GCs are required for protocols and selected premium features • Questions may be free; *detailed answers and protocols consume GCs* • Used GCs are *non-refundable* • Promotional or free GCs may expire or be forfeited • GCs are *not currency, have **no cash value, and are **non-transferable* ### Membership & GC Allocation Where membership plans are offered: • Memberships are billed in *two (2) month periods, paid in advance* • Membership pricing reflects a *commitment-based discount* • *GCs are allocated monthly*, not upfront • Unused GCs roll over while membership remains active ### Minimum Commitment & Downgrades • Memberships require completion of the *initial two (2) month commitment* • Members may indicate intent to downgrade during the period • *Downgrades take effect only at the end of the paid membership period* ### One-Way Transition Rule (Important) • Membership pricing is commitment-based • *Once downgraded from Membership to Pay-As-You-Go or Free access, Membership eligibility is permanently closed* • Repeated switching between plans is not permitted ### Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellation stops future renewals but *does not shorten the paid period* • No refunds for partially used membership periods or months in which GCs were allocated • Third-party refunds do not alter platform eligibility rules --- ## 7. AI, Data Usage, and TEL • AI responses use anonymized user inputs • TEL converts conversational data into structured metrics • All logs, protocols, and metrics are encrypted • Deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy --- ## 8. Liability Limitations We are not liable for: • Reliance on AI-generated guidance • Third-party service failures • Credential misuse Total liability is limited to the *value of unused GCs* at the time of claim. --- ## 9. Guidance Credit Validity & Expiry • GCs are usage rights, not money • Promotional GCs may expire after inactivity • Purchased or membership GCs may expire after account closure or prolonged inactivity • Expired or consumed GCs are non-refundable --- ## 10. Payments & Third-Party Processing • Payments are handled by *third-party processors* • *2Zone Therapy does not store credit card details* • Clients must maintain valid payment methods • Failed payments may result in suspension or restricted access --- ## 11. ERRIC Notifications ERRIC provides automated notifications regarding: • GC balances • Membership renewals • Payment failures • Account status changes Notifications are a *courtesy only*. Clients remain responsible for their account. --- ## 12. Age Restriction Users must be *16 years or older*. Minors are prohibited. --- ## 13. Changes to Terms Terms may be updated periodically.
