## 1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to **2Zone Therapy**. By accessing or using our services (including **HealthGPT**, **ERRIC**, and related tools), you agree to comply with these **Terms & Conditions**, our [Privacy Policy](../privacy_policy_v5.1.md), and our [Data Security Statement](../data_security_statement_v1.0.md).

**CRUCIAL RULE:** If you **do not accept** these Terms, your access to our services, platform, and tools will be **restricted**, and you will **not be accepted as a client.** You must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

## 2. Emergency Disclaimer

Our services, including **HealthGPT, ERRIC, and holistic wellness advice**, are **not designed for emergency medical use**.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or require urgent medical attention:

- Call your local emergency services immediately, or

- Visit your nearest hospital or emergency care facility.

Our platform is intended solely for **wellness guidance, educational purposes, and support**, and is **not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment by licensed healthcare providers**.

## 3. Service Scope

We provide:

- AI-generated wellness guidance (**HealthGPT & ERRIC**)

- Holistic health protocols based on user-provided symptoms and responses

- **Generation and delivery of personalized Progress and Deritition Reports to track recovery and adherence.**

- **Data Parsing and Metrics (TEL System):** Transformation of unstructured user inputs (e.g., chat messages about blood pressure, diet, etc.) into structured, trackable health metrics.

- Non-emergency, educational recommendations including **parasite detection and removal**, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement advice.

**Data Principle:** **All health data and reported metrics are provided by user choice and are not compulsory.** The quality, accuracy, and personalization of ERRIC’s protocols and guidance are entirely dependent upon the volume and accuracy of the voluntary data you choose to provide.

**Limitations:**

- Our services are not diagnostic tools and do not prescribe medication.

- Users must consult qualified professionals for medical decisions.

- HealthGPT-generated content is **for personal use only**.

## 4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your **Secret PassPhrase**)

- Not share or distribute health protocols without authorization

- Use HealthGPT and ERRIC responsibly and **not for emergency situations**

## 5. Consent & Compliance

Use of our services implies acceptance of:

- Our **Privacy Policy v5.1**

- Our **Data Deletion & Security Policies** (including the triple-verification process for permanent deletion)

- Multi-factor authentication procedures for data deletion or sensitive actions

Your acceptance will be logged with **timestamp, client ID, IP address, and version number** of these Terms.

## 6. Guidance Credit (GC) System

Our platform uses **Guidance Credits (GCs)** to manage access to certain features and services.

- GCs are required to generate health protocols and access selected premium features.

- **Questions themselves may be free**, but **detailed health answers, protocol generation, and certain analyses consume GCs**.

- GC **purchases are non-refundable once used**.

- **Promotional or free GCs** (including welcome or bonus credits) may be **forfeited or expire** after periods of non-use or prolonged account inactivity.

- GCs **do not represent currency**, have **no cash value**, and **cannot be redeemed for money**.

Where membership plans are offered:

- Memberships may include a monthly allocation of GCs and/or additional benefits.

- Unless otherwise stated, membership plans have a **minimum initial term of two (2) months**.

- After the initial minimum period, you may request cancellation at any time; cancellation will take effect according to the billing cycle and plan rules displayed at the time of subscription.

Details of GC pricing, membership tiers, and inclusions are provided within the platform interface and may be updated from time to time.

## 7. AI, Data Usage, and TEL

- AI responses are generated using anonymized user inputs to provide wellness insights.

- **The TEL system** processes conversational input into structured metrics, which are then used exclusively to build personalized charts and advice for the user.

- ERRIC chat logs, protocols, **and TEL metrics** are encrypted and stored securely.

- Users may request permanent deletion of their records in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](../privacy_policy_v5.1.md).

## 8. Liability Limitations

We are **not liable** for:

- Any harm arising from improper reliance on AI-generated advice.

- Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers (hosting, email, or payment processors).

- Any misuse of your credentials if you fail to keep them secure.

**Our total liability**, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall **not exceed the total value of unused Guidance Credits (GCs)** currently held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

## 9. Guidance Credit (GC) Validity & Expiry

Guidance Credits are a **usage-right mechanism**, not money:

- GCs **do not represent currency**, are **non-transferable**, and **have no cash value**.

- **Promotional or free GCs** (for example, welcome credits granted on registration or verification) may be **forfeited or expire** after extended periods of account inactivity or non-use.

- **Purchased GCs** may be **gradually reduced during prolonged inactivity** to support secure data storage, system maintenance, and availability of your historical data.

- Once GCs are **expired, forfeited, depleted, or otherwise consumed**, they are **non-refundable and non-recoverable**.

Specific GC rules (such as thresholds for inactivity or warnings before depletion) may be communicated through the platform interface, dashboard notices, ERRIC guidance, or email. Operational details may change over time to reflect technical, security, or cost-related requirements, but will not convert GCs into monetary instruments.

## 10. Age Restriction

You must be **16 years or older** to use our platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from account registration.

## 11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard notifications.

**If you do not re-consent to updated Terms, your account access may be restricted until acceptance is recorded.**
