Chapter 36 · Published 13 Mar 2026 00:05

One principle that matters deeply to me is honesty.

In HealthGPT and ERRIC, we do not claim that holistic approaches will cure psoriasis for sure or forever. Anyone who promises guaranteed healing is not being truthful.

At the same time, I do not believe that putting chemicals into the body is always the correct or only answer. Powerful medications can be lifesaving, but they also come with unknowns.

Cosentyx helped me enormously. I cannot deny that. It reduced my psoriasis from around eighty percent of my body to one or two percent. That is a remarkable result, and it gave me back my ability to live.

I have since stopped taking it. Cost played a role, but money was not the only reason. I also asked myself what else this medication might be doing inside my body, beyond what I could see on my skin.

I do not claim that Cosentyx caused harm. I do not have the education or evidence to say that it changed my metabolism or contributed to weight gain. I cannot point to specific effects or prove anything beyond what I experienced visibly.

That uncertainty matters.

What I can say, honestly, is this: Cosentyx did what it was designed to do for my psoriasis. What else it may or may not have done inside my body, I do not know.

This is why I choose a balanced position. I respect medicine for what it can do. I also respect the body enough to ask questions about long-term use.

Holistic support, for me, is not about rejecting medication. It is about supporting the body so that powerful interventions are needed less often, for shorter periods, and with clearer intention.

This platform exists to support informed choices, not blind belief. There are rarely perfect answers. There are, however, honest ones.
